外贸业务员招聘要求：

为了扩大在海外市场的业务，我们计划招募3名业务员通过阿里巴巴在来推广和销售我们的产品。这里有一些我们需要的业务员要求：

1.基本要求：热爱外贸业务，愿意挑战自己，能吃苦耐劳，勤奋，积极主动，具有良好的团队合作精神和执行力强，能在压力下工作，稳定性强。

2.专业资格要求：

（1）大专以上学历，国际贸易、市场营销或相关专业，良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，熟练书写商务英语函电，英语口语良好；

（2）外贸流程熟练，熟悉外贸法规、海关、运输、保险政策；国际汇兑、支付知识。

（3）经验要求：有阿里巴巴网络平台操作经验者和性格活泼开朗的优先。

工作描述：

1.利用阿里巴巴网络平台开拓海外市场，寻求海外客户，安排和查询及跟进；

2.了解市场信息，维护平台数据和公司网站，并进行新产品发布；

3.与客户保持良好的沟通，与现有客户保持良好的关系，负责产品，在国外市场的推广和销售；

4.把握客户需求，积极开发，完成上级的任务目标；

5.收集业务信息，掌握市场动态，及时向领导汇报；

6.积极与生产部门沟通，确保及时出口货
